10:00 AM Opening Ceremony and Blessing, with Father Duarte, at the new Fire Station 6 (New Kent Bottoms Bridge location).  Due to limited onsite parking, parking is available in the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (SEAS) parking lot, with shuttles to the fire station.
